Projects involving architectural and engineering services, and construction contracts are administered by the LCSD1 Planning & Construction office.
There is no charge to view bid documents. However, there is a $22.00 fee to download the bid documents. If the project you are looking for is no longer listed, you may search for the project by clicking on Project Results link.

Announcements
Attention Visitors: All visitors must enter the Administration building through Door #1, located on the north/east corner of the administration building. This door faces Storey gym and is locked. There should be someone inside door #1, to allow you access. If there is not, there is a phon on the desk, please call the Planning and Construction department 307-771-2124.
