Application Information - New 9/3/2024
SchoolSpring requires you to create an account to begin the process of applying for a job posting. Once your account is created, you can select the job posting you are interested in and submit your online application. SchoolSpring will not allow you to submit your application for the job posting until all the requirements are completed.
The job application is split into several sections so it is not necessary to complete the application all at once, as you will be able to save your progress, exit the program, and come back at any time to complete the job application.
- Your application will be reviewed for current positions based upon qualifications.
- You must update your application once a year or it will become inactive.
- Upon hire, we will require that you sign a release with the Department of Family Services for screening and Background Information Systems.
- Senate Enrolled Act 52 requires any employee initially hired by LCSD1 on or after July 1, 1996 to submit to fingerprinting for a Background Check with DCI (Division of Criminal Investigation).
- LCSD1 has a random/reasonable cause Drug Testing Policy in effect. For more information, please refer to Board Policies.
