Homeschooling
Parents of compulsory attendance aged students must notify the LCSD1 Board of Trustees of their intent to home school their child(ren) if they are not enrolled in public or private schools. Children of compulsory attendance age (as defined by W. S. 21-4-102a), include students whose seventh birthday falls on or before August 1st of any year and who have not attained their sixteenth birthday or completed the tenth grade.
