Title I - Prekindergarten Registration
Contact the prekindergarten building Principal for registration questions.
- Parents must visit their home school to begin the registration process. You must show proof of residency, provide a birth certificate and shot records. For more detailed information on required documents visit Enrollment Documentation
- Transportation is not provided. Limited space is available for the LCSD1 Title I Prekindergarten Program. For more information please call your home school listed above.
Registration and Enrollment Process:
Step 1 Legal Guardian(s) completes and submits an online registration form in Infinite Campus
Step 2 Guardian(s) will be notified of acceptance, on or before August 15th.
Step 3 If the student is accepted into the program, the school will contact the guardian(s) to set up a time to finalize the registration process at the school. The following will be completed at the school:

Guardian will bring their child’s birth certificate to verify age.

Guardian will bring proof of Immunizations.

Guardian will fill out the Tuition-Based Parent Agreement Form.

Guardian will enroll in automatic payments.

- The first month payment will be withdrawn within 5 business days of enrollment.

Parent will complete a free/reduced lunch form (if applicable)

If a family meets the requirements for free or reduced fees, the guardian(s) will sign the Sliding Scale Tuition Eligibility form.
Tuition-Based Prekindergarten Registration
- The prekindergarten class sizes are limited. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no preferential decisions based on boundary area, siblings, or eventual kindergarten home school. These will be “Open Enrollment” District level programs.
- All registrations will be date and time stamped using our District’s registration platform, Infinite Campus. Registration is time-stamped when the entire online registration process in Infinite Campus is submitted.

- Families needing internet or computer access, may use district facilities. Please contact the technology department for locations at 307-771-2242.
- Families with an enrolled student will be notified by the school in which they are accepted, by August 15th. Once notified of acceptance into a program, and to officially complete the registration process, the guardian(s) will be asked to go to the school in which their child will attend. The following will need to be provided and completed at the school:

- PreK student’s immunization records AND birth certificate (required)

- Completed Non-Title, Tuition-Based Parent Agreement Form
- Completed Sliding Scale Eligibility Form (if applicable)
- Direct Debit ACH Authorization Form
