Not all applications are used by all teachers/schools. If you feel as though you're not seeing enough information for one of these applications, please contact your school or teacher.

Stopfinder is the easy to use, all-in-one parent engagement app designed by parent for parents. Stopfinder enables registered users to see their children’s bus schedules in real-time.  The Transportation Department and registered users (subscribers) stay connected by sending and receiving messages through the secure Stopfinder app directly to their phone or tablet.

Mosyle Manager App

Mosyle ("moh-zel") is an MDM (Mobile Device Manager) platform. Mosyle Manager is an app that students will use to download apps. There is no App or Play Store. This icon is called “Manager” on the devices. Select the app, then find the app to install. Select (Re)Install/Uninstall) below the app.

Screen Guide helps parents manage Apple devices owned by schools while their children are at home. This is an app that can be downloaded on your personal device.

Microsoft Mobile Apps

Through LCSD1's relationship with Microsoft and their Office 365 suite, students, teachers and staff have access to several powerful mobile applications. These include Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel and many others.  Some applications are available for everyone so parents can use them as well.

The Canvas Student app allows students (or parents, if your student logs in for you) to access course documents, assignments and other resources on the Canvas learning management system.

The Canvas Parent app allows parents to view course assignment and syllabus information for their students.  The students must initially log in under your account using their Office 365 credentials for parents to access their course information.
